Starting rate: $5,000

• Vendor Recommendations: Based on your preferences and budget, your planner will suggest reputable vendors, such as photographers, caterers, florists, and musicians, who align with their vision and style.

• Venue Selection: your planner may assist in finding suitable venues that match the couple's preferences and budget. They can provide recommendations, accompany the couple on venue visits, and offer advice on contracts and negotiations.

• Custom web based planning software: Our clients get access to one of the leading exclusive planning softwares on the market to keep everything all in one place and on track. Trust us- you will love it as much as we do!

• Wedding Design and Decor: Will assist in guidance on the overall wedding design, including theme, color schemes, and decor ideas. Will offer suggestions for floral arrangements, lighting, and other decorative elements.

• Budget Management: If needed, we will keep track of wedding expenses. We can provide cost estimates, recommend cost-saving strategies, and assist in prioritizing spending based on the couple's priorities.

• Timeline Creation: We work with our clients to develop a detailed timeline of tasks leading up to the wedding day. This includes deadlines for vendor bookings, sending invitations, and other essential milestones.

• Floor Plan Creation: Our team will accompany you to 1-2 site visits at your venue. We then will create the layout for your event and share it with you as well as all your vendors.

• Rental Order Management:We will manage your rental order and help facilitate any rental needs you may have for your event.

• Vendor Point of Contact: As your planner we will coordinate communicating with all your vendors leading up to and on your event date.

• Wedding Day Coordination: One of the crucial aspects of partial planning is our involvement on the wedding day itself. We will oversee the logistics, manage vendor arrivals and set-ups, coordinate the ceremony and reception timelines, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues that may arise. Our team will be there from the start of the day to the very end!
