"Amanda is an absolute angel! We booked with Amanda a year in advance for a day of coordinator because I was pretty confident I could do most things on my own even though I was planning from 1,500 miles away... I could not. She handled so many unexpected issues for me from vendors not responding, changing my entire theme weeks before, and even finding vendors that fit my style. She went above and beyond and met with me every month over Facetime, sometimes even twice a month, and was always available for a quick call or text when I wasn't sure about something. The day of our wedding was perfect because of her. She did everything and worked seamlessly with the rest of the vendors. She kept us on schedule, made sure we ate, and I’m sure she put out fires on our behalf. The most frequent comment I have gotten since the wedding was how kind, quick, and cohesive this team was. I wish I could have another wedding so I could work with her again!

Amazing coordinator! She is a gem! I can't say enough good things about Amanda. I'm the mom of the bride and was fortunate to be able to be a part of all of the planning for my daughter's wedding. Amanda's guidance and help during the planning process was invaluable all the way through to the end of a perfect wedding. Amanda is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She was open to, and encouraging to unique ideas. Her services kept us on track with planning, gave us guidance when we needed it, was helpful with budget friendly options, and all with sincerity and kindness. There is often hiccups along the way even in the most perfectly planned wedding, but she is a great fixer and will make all of the details look seamless and lovely. She is so approachable and kind. "We worked with Amanda to help us coordinate a ~140 person wedding in July 2023 and we could not have been happier!! Amanda has a depth of experience that allows her keep the wedding planning process going smoothly and fun! She will make your wedding day PERFECT. Amanda went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure everything runs smoothly. We were able to have regular calls with Amanda to help us organize our planning and she even gave us great recommendations on scheduling, timeline, and details. On the wedding day, we had a vendor running super late and a wedding guest who showed up without their RSVP. Amanda handled both with so much precession. Any fire that came up, Amanda handled it. Amanda also has great communication and organization skills. She responds quickly whenever you have questions and knows what questions to ask you to make sure that you are staying on tract and having a fun time doing it. She is also really well versed in dealing with vendors and understanding vendor contracts. It is really helpful to have someone who can help you stay organized in a very overwhelming time. Amanda is the best!!
